This workshop will include:
Mini-lesson on the brain's Fight, Flight, or Freeze reactions & how to calm our nervous system so we can make positive decisions and react with love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
In Christianity, the kaleidoscope is a metaphor for the infinite possibilities of God's word and the beauty that can be found in life's pain.
How to create and use repetitive drawing to boost our see the beauty in each of us and how we are designed uniquely

Parents do not have to stay (please know your child though and if they need extra supervision), but there is a lobby you can hang out in if you’d like to. I am background checked through the FBI for teaching and my counseling program.
Students may bring a light snack and a bottle of water to class. Just no food choices that will turn their journals into food art ;) #cheetos
