Hey! I’m Sharon.

Christian counselor and coach in Colorado Springs.

I help teen girls, young adult women, and adult women move forward with confidence, emotional clarity, and faith. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in Scripture β€” never clinical or cold…or boring.

If you want it, we weave Scripture into your goals, your growth, and even your weekly summaries. We end each session in prayer, and you have a counselor who prays for you continually β€” before, during, and after we meet. I prayed for you even before I knew your name, asking God to prepare my heart for the women He would send.

I also offer walk‑and‑talk sessions for women who process best while moving, and mid‑session text consultations for the days you need immediate support*.

And if you don’t want faith integrated β€” that’s okay. I’m here for you either way.

Salt & Arrows comes from two Scriptures that shape everything I do:

  • Salt > Mark 9:49–50 β€” identity, resilience, truth.

  • Arrows > 2 Kings 13:19 β€” courage, direction, persistence.
